Theresa and Chirag first met in the summer of 2003 at Theresa’s college graduation party. Chirag is actually friends with Theresa’s older brother Augustine – they attended school together and were roommates for a year. They didn’t really get to know each other until 2005 when they were both students at Jefferson Medical College together. Over the years, their friendship developed into a more serious relationship and they were finally engaged in September 2012.

They have overcome many challenges over the years – from breaking down cultural and religious barriers and a long distance relationship, to finally learn how to truly live, laugh, and love with each other.
